Refund policy

 

We hope that you love your bag and it has put a smile on your face.

However, if there is an issue, you can contact us immediately via email at hello@sophie-summer.com and we'll do our best to make it right. If, for some other reason, you want to return what you purchased, you can refer to our policy below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending any item(s) back to us. Please make sure your return is sent using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

REFUND APPROVAL PROCESS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. For any concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised items. In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items and gift cards.
